If trades are not being copied to one or more follower accounts and the app is running, your broker connections are active, and your copy group appears correctly configured — the most likely cause is that a replication toggle has been switched off, either at the group level or for a specific follower account.
You might be experiencing this if:
Everything looks correct but trades simply aren't copying to followers
Connections are active, the copy group is configured, but nothing is replicating
Replication stopped and there's no obvious error or warning showing anywhere
Two places to check
Replication in Tradecopia operates at two levels. Either can be off independently of the other.
Group-level toggle — controls replication for the entire copy group. If this is off, no followers in the group will receive trades regardless of their individual toggle states.
Individual follower toggle — controls replication for a specific follower account within the group. If this is off for one follower, only that account is affected — other followers in the group continue to copy normally.
If multiple followers stopped at the same time, the group-level toggle is the more likely cause. If only one follower is affected, check that follower's individual toggle first.
Before re-enabling — check for the breach indicator icon
Before switching any toggle back on, look for a small breach indicator icon next to it. This icon means the system stopped replication automatically — not that it was switched off manually. Re-enabling without understanding why the system stopped it may cause the same event to repeat.

How to re-enable
Open your copy group in Tradecopia
Check the group-level replication toggle — if off, re-enable it
Check each affected follower's individual replication toggle — re-enable any that are off
Monitor the next leader trade to confirm the affected followers begin receiving copies again
If you did not disable it
If you are certain you did not switch the toggle off and no breach icon is present, check whether anyone else has access to your Tradecopia account. Multi-user setups where more than one operator has account access are a known cause of unexpected toggle states. No further investigation is needed — confirm the current state and re-enable.
If the toggle keeps turning off on its own without a breach icon, contact the Tradecopia support team — this would indicate an unexpected behaviour the team needs to investigate.
