Important note: Resetting your account does not change your subscription renewal or expiration date.
If you break a rule and fail a Challenge, you can reset your account at any time.
Click the "Reset" button on the failed account card.
After clicking "Reset", a new pop up will appear where you'll be able to Reset the account with Direct Payment (Only Option).
After clicking Submit, a new account with new account numbers will be created
on your dashboard (It will have the same subscription).
There is no reset option for Lightning Funded accounts. If you fail any Sim Funded account, the failure is permanent and you will need to purchase a new account to continue trading.
