Chargeback Policy

Important policy regarding payment disputes, chargeback consequences, and account protection measures.

Note: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider is a violation of Tradeify’s Terms of Use.

If a chargeback is filed:

All active accounts associated with the user will be immediately frozen without notice.

The user will be permanently banned from making future purchases or opening new accounts with Tradeify.

Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent disputes when a service has been delivered or accessed (see Section VI. Termination of Service in our Terms of Service).

Tradeify maintains detailed transaction records and platform logs, which will be provided to the payment processor to dispute any illegitimate claims.

We strongly encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Most issues—whether technical, billing-related, or otherwise—can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that attempting to circumvent them through a chargeback may result in legal action and permanent restriction from the platform.
