Go to: User Profile → My Profile → Verification
Upload clear photos/PDFs (no screenshots of screens!)
📑 When to Submit KYC Documents
Submit BOTH documents at these stages:
Before your first payout
(Required to withdraw profits)When upgrading to a Live Funded Account
(After passing a challenge)
⚠️ You cannot withdraw money or start live trading until KYC is approved.
📋 What Documents You Need
TWO things to upload:
Photo ID (ONE of these):
Passport
Driver's License
National ID Card (NRIC)
Proof of Address (ONE of these):
Utility bill (electricity/water/internet/Telco) < 3 months old
Bank statement
Government-issued tax notice
🚫 What WON'T Work
