1. Summary of Changes
Starting October 6, 2025, TradersFlow will no longer include a refundable fee in the purchase price of new evaluation challenges.
Key Points:
Grandfathering: Challenges purchased on or before October 5, 2025, will still be eligible for their original refundable fee under the existing terms.
New Challenges: All challenges purchased on or after October 6, 2025, will be sold at a new price point without the refundable fee component.
2. For Traders with Eligible Refundable Fees (Purchased on/before Oct 5, 2025)
If your challenge includes a refundable fee, the following original terms still apply:
Eligibility Requirement: Your account must not violate any trading rules or terms of service throughout the evaluation and funded phases.
Payout Trigger: The refund is processed automatically upon your first successful profit withdrawal from your Live Funded Account.
Performance Condition: You must achieve a minimum of 5% account growth to qualify for that first withdrawal (and thus the refund).
Payment: The refundable fee amount will be added to your first withdrawal payout.
Example:
You purchased a $100,000 One-Step Challenge with a $500 refundable fee.
You pass the challenge without rule violations.
On your Live Account, you reach $105,000 (5% profit).
You request your first withdrawal of, for example, $3,000 (based on your profit split).
You will receive $3,000 + $500 = $3,500.
3. Why We Are Making This Change: Introducing a Better Reward Ecosystem
We are phasing out the standalone refundable fee to make way for a more dynamic, engaging, and valuable TradersFlow Rewards Program.
This new program, launching soon, will feature:
A Tiered Point System: Earn points for trading activity, consistency, and longevity.
Exclusive Cash Vouchers: Redeem points for discounts on future challenges, upgrades, or merchandise.
Enhanced Rebates: Receive cashback based on your trading volume and performance tier.
Monthly & Quarterly Rewards: Compete for exclusive bonuses and recognition.
Our Commitment: The total value and frequency of rewards from this new ecosystem are designed to be significantly greater than the previous fixed refundable fee model.
Our goal is to continuously reward your journey and success, not just a single milestone.
4. Timeline & Next Steps
Now - Oct 5, 2025: Final opportunity to purchase challenges under the existing refundable fee structure.
Oct 6, 2025 Onwards: New challenge pricing (without refundable fee) is in effect. The legacy refund process continues only for eligible challenges bought earlier.
