Yes, if your total account equity (including all of your cash and securities) is above $25,000, you will be able to day trade.
If your total account equity (including all of your cash and securities) is below $25,000, you can day trade up to 3 times within 5 consecutive business days. Once your account has 3 day trades within 5 consecutive business days, your account will be restricted from opening new positions until the next trading day that allows you to day trade again.
"5 consecutive business days" does not necessarily represent Monday to Friday. It represents the days in which the market is open for trading (which excludes weekends and market holidays that may fall on a weekday.)
