You can subscribe to an IPO only using settled funds (no margin or instant funding).
On the Portfolio page, select More > IPO to begin (Lite version).
For Pro version, simply select IPO to begin.
Select the IPO you are interested in. You will be shown important information related to the IPO, including a link to its prospectus.
Click Subscribe and complete the questionnaire.
Enter the number of shares (or dollar amount) you would like to subscribe to.
Click Confirm to submit your subscription.
