  • Trades continuously 24/5 during the week, with major sessions:

    • Sydney: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST

    • Tokyo: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM EST

    • London: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST

    • New York: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Indices (e.g., US30, NAS100, SPX500)

  • Most active when underlying stock exchanges are open

  • U.S. Indices: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST (futures often open earlier, around 6:00 PM EST on Sunday)
