What are the rules for the Instant Funding Account?

Updated over a month ago

By purchasing an Instant Funded Account, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds once an Instant Funded Account has been purchased. Unlike other funded accounts that may refund fees with the first payout, Instant Funded Accounts do not offer refunds.

  2. Drawdown Rules

The Instant Funded Account has two drawdown limits you must follow:

    • Daily Drawdown: 4% of the starting balance for the day

    • Overall Drawdown: 7% of the initial account balance

Staying within these limits is required to keep your account in good standing.

  3. One $200K Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one $200,000 Instant Funded Account. Multiple purchases or attempts to bypass this rule may result in suspension or forfeiture.

  4. Inactivity Breach

If no trades are placed within 60 consecutive days, the account will be closed for inactivity. Closed accounts are not eligible for reinstatement or refund.

  5. Consistency Rule

To promote steady and sustainable trading, no single trading day may account for 15% or more of your total profits during a payout period.

    • Example: If you make $1,500 in a single day, your total profit must reach at least $10,000 before requesting a payout. You cannot request a payout until your largest profit day falls below 15% of your total profit.

  6. Payout Schedule

  • Your first payout can be requested 30 days after receiving your funded account (if all rules are followed and eligibility is met).

  • After that, payouts can be requested every 30 days.
