To seamlessly import your trades from Tickblaze into TradeZella, follow the steps below.
Steps for downloading data from TickBlaze:
Open the desktop (Standard or Strategy) that hosts the trades you'd like to export.
If using the Strategy Desktop, ensure the strategy has been run first.
Go to the Orders tab.
Under the Orders tab, select Filled Orders. You should see a grid displaying the orders you want to export to TradeZella.
Make sure that the table contains the following columns: Symbol, Instrument, Action Type, Qty. Filled, Price, Update Date/Time (E), Update Date/Time (L), and Commission
If not, add it through Right-click -> Table Settings and select those in the Visible Columns
Right-click anywhere in the list of orders and select Export.
Save the CSV file somewhere on your PC (just remember where you saved it)
Upload the downloaded file into TradeZella
Uploading the exported file into TradeZella
Visit the TradeZella Add Trade page or click the “Add Trade” button from the sidebar.
If you’re importing into a new account, click “Add New Account”.
Choose ProjectX PropFirm Name* as your broker.
Click Continue.
Select File Upload and click Continue
Upload your CSV file
If you’re uploading to an existing account, click the “+ Add Trades” button on the account → Select File Upload → Proceed as above.
Common Errors
Incorrect Headers in the Exported file: It's important to ensure that the exported CSV file has the following headers:

Sample File: If your still file fails to upload, please make sure it matches the sample Tickblaze export below. If it does not match, you may have missed an import step or are uploading the incorrect file format.
