With our step-by-step guide, you can easily import your trades from any ProjectX-backed prop firm into TradeZella using the file upload method. This method works for all supported firms using the ProjectX dashboard, including:

✅ Supported Prop Firms:

Topstep, Alpha Futures, TickTickTrader, Bulenox, TradeDay, Blusky, Goat Futures, The Futures Desk, DayTraders, E8 Futures, Blue Guardian Futures, FuturesElite, FXIFY, Hola Prime, Top One Futures, Funding Futures, TX3 Funding

Step 1: Export Trade Data from Your ProjectX Platform

  • Log in to your ProjectX prop firm account (e.g., TickTickTrader, TradeDayX, e8markets, etc.).

  • Navigate to the “Trades” tab.

  • Click the “EXPORT” button in the bottom right corner of the Trades tab.

  • Select the date range of the trades you want to export and click "Export."

  • Save the exported file in CSV format to your desktop.

Tip: If the file appears blank, try widening your date range — for example, start one day before your first trade and end a few days after your last.

Uploading the exported file into TradeZella

Visit the TradeZella Add Trade page or click the “Add Trade” button from the sidebar.

  • If you’re importing into a new account, click “Add New Account”.

  • Choose ProjectX PropFirm Name* as your broker.

  • Click Continue.

  • Select File Upload and click Continue

  • Upload your CSV file

  • If you’re uploading to an existing account, click the “+ Add Trades” button on the account → Select File Upload → Proceed as above.

Common Errors

  • File Format: Ensure you export the file from the “Trades” tab. Files from other tabs may not be compatible with TradeZella’s importer.

  • Empty File: If the upload fails or shows no trades, double-check that the file contains data and isn’t blank.

By following these steps, you’ll be able to keep your journal accurate and up-to-date — no matter which ProjectX prop firm you’re using.
