To seamlessly import your trades from Moomoo into TradeZella, follow the steps below.
Steps for downloading data from Moomoo
To export your trade history from Moomoo, you’ll need to use the Moomoo Desktop App (file export is not always available on mobile).
Launch the Moomoo desktop platform and log in.
From the left sidebar, click Accounts and select Securities.
✅ Make sure you’re inside the correct trading account before exporting.
Under your account summary, select History tab tab from the tabs: "Positions | Orders | History | Today's Stats"
Select your desired date range. Use the date selector above the orders table to choose the range you want to export.
📌 We recommend selecting the full available range to include all trades.
Export the file. Above the orders table, locate the small Export icon (next to the symbol search bar).
Click the Export icon
Choose Export to CSV
Save the CSV file to your computer
Uploading the exported file into TradeZella
Visit the TradeZella Add Trade page or click the “Add Trade” button from the sidebar.
If you’re importing into a new account, click “Add New Account”.
Choose Moomoo as your broker.
Click Continue.
Select File Upload and click Continue
Upload your CSV file
If you’re uploading to an existing account, click the “+ Add Trades” button on the account → Select File Upload → Proceed as above.
Common Errors
✅ Export must be from the History tab
Make sure you’re exporting from: Accounts → History → Filled
If you export from another tab (like Orders or a different report view), the file may not match TradeZella’s expected format.
✅ Sample File
If your file fails to upload, make sure it matches the sample Moomoo export format attached.
