You can export your notes from TradeZella as a PDF from the following sections:
Notebook
Day View
Trade Tracking page
⚠️ Note: Notes export one at a time. There's no option to bulk-export multiple notes into a single PDF — you'll export each note as its own file.
Export from the Notebook
Open the note you want to export.
Click the three dots (...) at the top of the note, then select Export.
Choose Export as PDF or Export as Lexical.
Export from Day View
Go to Day View and click a day to open its note.
Click the three dots (...), then select Export.
Choose Export as PDF or Export as Lexical.
💡 This is the same note as that day's entry in the Notebook's Daily Journal folder — click View in Notebook to jump there directly.
Export from the Trade Page
Open any trade to access the Trade Page and go to the Notes panel.
Switch between the Trade note and Daily Journal tabs — export works the same from either.
Click the three dots (...), then select Export.
Choose Export as PDF or Export as Lexical.
