Linking your TradeStation account is a straightforward process. After setup, TradeZella will import past trades and continue to update with daily imports for future trades.
Tradestation shares the last 3 months of trade history. Data beyond 90 days will not be imported into TradeZella.
Currently, syncing simulated or demo TradeStation accounts (e.g., TradeStation Simulator) is not supported in TradeZella. Only live TradeStation accounts can be connected for automatic trade imports.
If you’re using a simulated account, you can use the copy and paste import method to import trades.
Visit the Broker Sync Page
Head over to the TradeZella Add Trade page here or by clicking the “Add Trade” button on the sidebar.
On the Add Trade page, click “Add New Account”.
Select Tradestation as Your Broker and Input Details
On the Add New Account page, choose “TradeStation” from the list of available brokers and click “Continue” to proceed.
Next, select the “Auto Sync” import method and click “Continue” again.
On the following page, either leave the start date blank to import all available records or select a custom start date if you want to import trades from a specific period.
Click on the "Connect" button.
Authenticate and Sync
In the Tradestation pop-up window, enter your credentials
If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), complete that process to proceed with the sync.
TradeZella will sync the selected account, and you will see the sync status on the add trade page here.
💡 Pro Tip: Use the account filter in the top right corner to switch between accounts effortlessly.
By following these steps, you'll have your Tradestation account seamlessly integrated with TradeZella for automated trade imports.
