Ready to build a Playbook that keeps your trading sharp? The first step is to organize your trading rules to match your style. Let’s break it down by creating Playbook Rules and Groups that work for you.

💡 Playbook Groups:

Keep your Playbook clean and organized by grouping your rules into categories that fit your strategy. Here’s how the default setup looks:

  • Entry Criteria:

    • What needs to happen before you jump into a trade?

    • Example: A gap up above a key level.

  • Exit Criteria:

    • When’s the right time to cash out?

    • Example: Take Profit hits 5 points.

  • Market Conditions:

    • Are there specific market vibes to keep an eye on?

Example: SPY is trading above XYZ.

Make Your Own Custom Group:

Got your own spin on things? Create your own custom group by clicking the + Create New Group icon, name it, and hit CREATE. Tailor your Playbook to your trading quirks!

Define your Rule Criteria:

Decide when each rule should pop up based on how your trade plays out. Should it show up:

  • When trade is a winner

  • When trade is a loser

  • When trade is a breakeven

  • Always show this rule

⚠️ Note: If a trade is associated with a rule, you won't be able to change the 'show rule only when' option.

Assign Trades to Your Playbook and Keep Tabs:

With your rules in place, it’s time to see them in action. Head to your trade log, pick a trade and check off how many rules you followed. This is your moment to see if you’re sticking to the plan or if it’s time to tweak it.

Boom! Your Playbook is ready to roll. Dive in, refine your rules, and watch your trading game level up. Don’t forget to jump into our community playbook sessions and share your strategies on Discord! Here’s your invite link: https://discord.gg/QM3sVaNknd
