  • The daily journal page shows you a log of all trades you opened/closed grouped by date.

  • Let's start by clicking the dropdown icon on the left of the trading day you would like to view.

This will expand the view for the day and show you the trades opened/closed during the day sorted in order.

Let's get this view broker for you:

    • The Intraday Cumulative Net P&L chart shows how you realized P&L fluctuated throughout the trading day as you closed your trades. You can click on this chart to expand the chart and hover over each point to see which trade it is referring to.

    • Write a Note: Here you can add any notes or lessons learned throughout the trading day that you can always refer back to in the future.

    • Zella Insights- Click this icon to see if there were any insights detected for the day (This feature is still in progress)

    • Add a Tag- You can add a tag to each trade. Add a mistake tag, setup tag, or even a custom tag of your choice.

    • Click on a Trade from the Daily Journal to be directed to the trade page; a drilled-down view of the specific trade

And then you have your stats for the trading day:

  1. Net P&L- Total realized P&L for the day including commissions and fees

  2. Total Trades- Number of trades taken during the day

  3. Win rate- The number of winning trades in a certain period expressed as a percentage.

  4. Winners- Number of winning trades.

  5. Losers- Number of losing trades

  6. Gross P&L - Total realized P&L for the day excluding commissions

  7. Volume- Total quantity traded, ex: bought 2 contracts and sold 2 contracts; volume= 4

  8. Profit Factor- The profit factor is defined as the gross profit divided by the gross loss (including commissions) for the entire trading period

  9. Commissions - The fee paid to the broker to execute trades.

  • Filtering by week through the calendar:

    • We’ve added a calendar on the right side for you to be able to filter your trades by months/weeks.

    • The dates are highlighted in green or red to indicate a positive or a negative P&L, respectively.

    • You can also click on the week on the calendar you’d like to view.
