Filtering Your Trades

You can filter reports detailed page by the following:

  • By Days

    • What does this report show me?

      • It shows you the correlation of the day in a week to your profit or loss.

    • Example:

      • We took the most trades on Wednesdays, but it also gave us a total loss of $1,450.87. Meanwhile, 7 trades on Thursdays gave us a whopping $8,094.26 profit.

    • Insight:

      • Analyze why you think you’ve taken the most number of trades on Wednesdays, but also got the most loss. Are there external factors that might be contributing to this? Could you consider sizing down on size on this day as a precautionary measure?

  • By Weeks

    • What does this report show me?

      • This shows you the number of trades that you took on Week 1, Week 2, …, Week 52, and the total profit or loss.

    • Example:

      • You took the most trades (a total of 12 ) on Week 18 (5/2/22-5/8/22), but it also resulted in a net loss of $15,503.55–our largest loss. The same goes for Week 20.

    • Insights:

      • This pattern could tell you that you don’t necessarily have to take so many trades in a week to gain more. Supplement your analysis with other reports, like the Mistakes report; could this be caused by the same mistake?

  • By Months

    • What does this report show me?

      • This shows you the number of trades you took for the whole month and the total profit or loss for that month.

    • Insight:

      • Let’s say you had the most profits in February. Is there any market Or even personal event that might have come into play? You might want to look into that and see how you navigated through that event.
