In this article, we will guide you through the process of sharing a playbook, enabling you to distribute your valuable resources and insights to others.

Follow the steps below to share your playbook effectively:

  • Step 1: Navigate to the playbook page that contains the playbook you wish to share.

  • Step 2: Click on the three dots icon to reveal a dropdown menu with various options.

  • Step 3: Within the dropdown menu, look for the "Share" option and click on it. And a popup window will appear.

  • Step 4: Choosing the Sharing Method

    • Sending an Invite via Email:

      • Enter the email address(es) of the person or people you want to share the playbook with.

      • Click the "Send invite" button to send the invitation.

    • Generating a Sharing Link:

      • Choose the "Generate Sharing Link" option.

      • The platform will create a unique URL or link that grants access to the playbook.

      • Copy the link to your clipboard.

      • Share the link with others through email, messaging apps, or any other appropriate communication channel.

  • You can also enable the duplication of the playbook feature from the sharing settings. If the toggle switch is on, people with whom the playbook is shared will be able to duplicate the playbook into their own accounts.

To revoke playbook access:

If you have shared the playbook via email:

  1. Go to the playbook's sharing settings.

  2. Locate the user you want to revoke access from by finding their email address.

  3. Click on the three dots icons in front of the user's email address.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select the "Revoke" or "Remove" option to revoke their access.

If you have shared the playbook via a generated link:

  1. Access the playbook's sharing settings.

  2. Toggle the switch off to deactivate the link.

  3. By deactivating the link, it will become invalid, and users won't be able to access the playbook through the generated link anymore.

By following these steps, you can effectively share your playbook with others, manage access permissions, and revoke access when necessary. This will ensure that your valuable resources and insights are distributed securely and in a controlled manner.
