Getting your MetaTrader(MT4/MT5) account synced with TradeZella is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure seamless import of your trading data:
Visit the Broker Sync Page:
Head over to the TradeZella Add Trade page here or by clicking the “Add Trade” button on the sidebar.
On the Add Trade page, click “Add New Account”.
Select Your Broker and Input Details:
On the Add New Account page, "MetaTrader4" OR “MetaTrader5” from the list of available brokers.
Next, select the “Auto Sync” import method and click “Continue” again.
On the following page, either leave the start date blank to import all available records or select a custom start date if you want to import trades from a specific period.
Select the broker/company name associated with your MetaTrader(MT4/MT5) account.
Enter the server name provided by your broker/propfirm.
Input your MetaTrader(MT4/MT5) login — typically a 6 to 10-digit number.
Input your investor password. (If the investor password doesn’t work, you can also try using a regular password if applicable.)
Click on the "Connect" button.
Track Sync Status:
TradeZella will sync the selected account, and you will see the sync status on the add trade page here.

Investor Password: This is usually created automatically by your Forex broker. You can find it in the MetaTrader platform under the "Mailbox" tab or in emails from your broker/prop firm.
Troubleshooting: If you encounter issues, ensure you're using the correct credentials and server name. Try connecting with both your regular and investor passwords. Use a different browser if problems persist.
