Exporting trade data from cTrader into a file
Open your cTrader desktop application. Once open, locate the History tab in the bottom section of cTrader.
Right-click on the columns in the History tab and ensure all available columns are selected for export.
Navigate to the Positions tab, right-click on the columns, and make sure all columns are selected here as well.
Return to the History tab, select "ALL HISTORY" or choose a custom date range for the trades you want to export. Leave "All Directions (Default)" selected.
Click on the green "Statement" button to download the file. Ensure the report is exported as an HTML file.
Uploading the exported file into TradeZella
Visit the TradeZella File Upload page at TradeZella File Upload.
Select the account where you want to upload this file, choose cTrader from the broker list, set the timezone of the file, and upload your saved HTML file. TradeZella will handle the rest.
Common Errors
Language and Format: Ensure that the exported file is in English and in HTML format, as TradeZella expects this format for cTrader files.
Column Selection: If your file still fails to upload, ensure that you have selected all the columns in both the History and Positions tabs.
