If you are having trouble accessing member content including videos and alerts, please follow these steps to find the reason:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your account on our website. The login is located on the top right of our site, it says "login."

  2. Check your "My Account" --> Subscriptions area to make sure that your subscriptions are still active. If your access expired or your membership failed to auto renew, you will lose access. If this happens, you can simply put your desired services into your cart again and checkout/purchase it again with a valid payment form.

  3. If you are logged in and have an active subscription, but the videos aren't working try clearing your cache (from all time) on your internet browser, switching to a different browser, switching to a different device, try our mobile version (using the internet browser on your phone), or our mobile app (launching very soon).
