The Reset restore your account balance to its original balance and removes any defaults on that account. Please note that the reset does not change the original date on which your challenge, it does not restart the 60-day period.

💼 To do a reset go to your dashboard, in the accounts section, you have to filter “Breached” to see the lost account and then go to “Dashboard” at the bottom right.
Then, click on “Request UnBreach” at the top.
Then it will open a window where you will be asked the cost of it and if you want to accept.
💵📈 The process is the same for Virtual Live accounts. The costs are as follows:
Virtual Live 25K: $499 USD
Virtual Live 50K: $599 USD
Virtual Live 100K: $699 USD
You must consider that you can only reset your account if it has not been more than 10 days since you brought your account to Drawdown, since after this time, the account will be definitively deleted due to the period of inactivity and it will not be possible to reset it.
