Due to the fundraising nature of our program and the fact that we sell food products, we are unable to cancel orders or accept returns.

I received a damaged, incorrect, or problematic item. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. Please contact us at support@trails-end.com and include as much of the following information as possible so we can help:
Order number
Product name(s) and quantities
Description of the issue
Where the product was purchased
Your full name and shipping address
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:
Please attach photos of the damaged or incorrect items
If the issue is related to product quality:
Please include a photo of the Best-By Date and Lot # with time stamp from the package
Providing complete details helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.
My order is missing. What should I do?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account at https://trails-end.com/ and navigating to your order history.
If you did not manually create an account, use the email address entered during checkout to log in.
Additional steps to check:
If your order includes a pre-order item, see When will pre-order products be shipped?
If tracking shows the order was delivered, verify that your shipping address is correct in your account.
If the package shows delivered to the correct address, your first step should be to contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.

Can I change the address on my order?
