Overview: Redeeming Rewards Through Tango
Once rewards are claimed, redemption is completed through Tango, Trail’s End’s gift card fulfillment partner. All reward selections and deliveries occur through Tango.
How to Redeem Your Gift Card
Open the email sent after you claimed your rewards in Trail's End.
Click the redemption link.
Follow the prompts to select and redeem your gift card through Tango.
Complete redemption.

Gift Card Expiration Rules
Unclaimed rewards expire on June 30 following the sale year.
Claimed rewards: the redemption link does not expire.
Once redeemed:
Prepaid Mastercard® expires 6 months after redemption
All other gift card codes do not expire
Important Redemption Limitations
Reward links cannot be combined
eGift cards cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled
Selections are final once redeemed
