As a Scout, do I need to register each year?
No, please use your existing account. There is no need to register each year. If you have forgotten it, you can use the Forgot Username function on the log in screen to recover it. Your leader can also see what your username is in their Leader Portal.
How do I register for a Scout account?
Each Scout must have their own account.
You can register from the login screen or go directly to:

Steps to Register
Enter the Scout’s name, email, and phone number.
Create a username and password.
The Scout account is created.
Enter your Unit Code or search for your unit by ZIP code and unit number.
Select your unit.
Registration is complete, and the Scout is associated with the unit.
Can the Same Email Address Be Used for Multiple Scout Accounts?
Yes. The same email address can be used for multiple Scout accounts; however, each Scout account must have a unique username.
Do I need the app to Register?
No. Scouts can register at https://login.trails-end.com/registration/scout without downloading the app. However, they'll likely want the app to record sales, share their online page, sign up for shifts, and more.
Scouts who do download the app can tap Register on the main login screen to create an account as well.
Can more than one adult be assigned to a Scout?
Multiple adults can be contacts for a Scout's account, but there is only ever one account per Scout.
Adding Additional Contacts for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
You can add extra email addresses or phone numbers to receive MFA codes. This is useful if multiple parents or devices need access to the Scout account.

Tap Multi-Factor Authentication.
Log in if prompted.
Tap Add New under Secondary Contacts.
Add an additional phone number or email.
Use the pencil icon to edit a contact.
Use the trashcan icon to delete a contact.
How do I set my Scout sales goal?
Setting a goal helps Scouts track progress toward rewards and stay motivated during the fundraiser.
You can set or update goals in the Trail’s End App or Portal.

Go to My Sales Goal on the dashboard.
Tap Set Sales Goal (if no goal exists) or Edit Goal (to change it).
We suggest sales goals for $2,000 for Cub Scouts and $3,000 for Scouts BSA.
Enter your goal amount.
Tap Save Goal
How do I find my Scout code?
Your Scout Code helps customers find your online sales page.

On the dashboard, tap the Share Icon
Your Scout Code will appear at the bottom.
Tap the copy icon to copy it.
