This article explains how to create a Scout account, manage access for multiple Scouts, set goals, and find your Scout Code.

How Do I Register for a Scout Account?

Each Scout must have their own account.

You can register from the login screen or go directly to:
https://login.trails-end.com/registration/scout

Steps to Register

  1. Enter the Scout’s name, email, and phone number.

  2. Create a username and password.

  3. The Scout account is created.

  4. Enter your Unit Code or search for your unit by ZIP code and unit number.

  5. Select your unit.

  6. Registration is complete, and the Scout is associated with the unit.


Can the Same Email Address Be Used for Multiple Scout Accounts?

Yes. The same email address can be used for multiple Scout accounts, however, each Scout account must have a unique username.


How Do I Log In to More Than One Scout at a Time?

You can add multiple Scouts to the Trail’s End App and switch between them easily.

Add More Than One User/Scout in the App

  1. Sign in to the app with the first Scout’s username and password.

  2. Tap the Scout’s name in the upper-left corner.

  3. Tap Add another Scout.

  4. Enter the username and password for the additional Scout account.
    (You can also register a new Scout account from this screen.)

Switch Between Scouts

Once multiple Scouts are added:

  • Tap the Scout’s name in the upper-left corner of the app.

  • Select the Scout you want to view.


Adding Additional Contacts for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

You can add extra email addresses or phone numbers to receive MFA codes. This is useful if multiple parents or devices need access to the Scout account.

Trail’s End App

  1. Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Tap Multi-Factor Authentication.

  3. Log in if prompted.

  4. Tap Add New under Secondary Contacts.

  5. Add an additional phone number or email.

  6. Use the pencil icon to edit a contact.

  7. Use the trashcan icon to delete a contact.

  1. Expand the Multi-Factor Authentication section.

  2. Click Add Contact to add a new contact.

  3. Click the pencil icon to edit a contact.

  4. Click the trashcan icon to delete a contact.


How Do I Set My Scout Sales Goal?

Setting a goal helps Scouts track progress toward rewards and stay motivated during the fundraiser.

You can set or update goals in the Trail’s End App or Portal.

Trail’s End App

  1. Go to the Points & Rewards section on the dashboard.

  2. Tap Set Goal (if no goal exists) or Edit Goal (to change it).

  3. Enter your goal amount.

  4. Tap Save Goal.

Trail’s End Portal

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the trophy.

  3. Enter your goal amount and click Save.


How Do I Find My Scout Code?

Your Scout Code helps customers find your online sales page.

Trail’s End App

  1. On the dashboard, tap the Share Icon

  2. Your Scout Code will appear at the bottom.

  3. Tap the copy icon to copy it.

  • Your Scout Code is displayed below your name in the upper-left corner of the screen.

  • Tap the copy icon to copy it
