Updated over a week ago

How Do I Reserve a Trail’s End® Storefront?

Storefront reservations are managed through the Leader Portal. The graphic below shows the overall process.

How Does the Storefronts VIP Program Work?

Who qualifies

  • Units that sold $20,000+ in 2024 are invited to the Storefronts VIP Program.

What VIP means
Trail’s End® assigns storefront hours to help VIP units reach their fundraising goals. Assignments are based on:

  • The unit’s 2025 sales goal

  • Locations worked last year

  • New nearby locations identified by Trail’s End®

All assigned hours are estimated at $300/hour potential, based on foot traffic and trained Scouts.

Reserved Hours Overview

  • 860,000 total hours across 7,000+ locations

  • 190,000 hours pre-assigned to VIP units

  • 670,000 hours available to all units

VIP Timeline

  • March 31: Enter your 2025 sales goal in the Leader Portal.

  • April 15: Receive your estimated number of storefront hours.

  • June 5: View assigned reservations in the Leader Portal.

  • July 22: Claiming opens for all units.
VIP units can release or swap reservations.

What Are Top and Recommended Storefronts?

On the Reserve Storefronts page, some stores are labeled Top or Recommended.

Top Storefronts

  • Capable of 20–25% higher sales than other locations

  • Based on foot traffic and prior-year sales data

Recommended Storefronts

  • The highest-scoring options among the stores currently visible to you

  • Helpful when:

    • Top storefronts are already claimed, or

    • Filters limit available Top storefronts

Recommended storefronts help leaders choose the best available options.
