Trak offers a Chapter Interface that provides Chapters the ability to pull reports of non-identifying data about services provided by member CACs.

For Example, Reports could include number of cases entered, services provided, counties served.

Member CACs have the option to agree to share non-identifiable data.

Trak Chapter Interface potentially reduces requests from Chapters to CACs for data.

Chapters can create custom reports that can be shared with member CACs.

Chapters can also share messages with member CACs who have agreed to share data as a news feature.

Chapter Interface also provides access to extended NCA Reports that provides the data for all the questions within the Bi-Annual Reports submitted by NCA Member CACs.

The Chapter Trak is secure and follows the same risk assessments and backups as Trak for CACs.

The Chapter Interface and support is a member benefit and is provided at no cost for Chapters.
