Chapter Information

  • Trak offers a Chapter Interface that provides Chapters the ability to pull reports of non-identifying data about services provided by member CACs.

  • For Example, Reports could include number of cases entered, services provided, counties served.

  • Member CACs have the option to agree to share non-identifiable data.

  • Trak Chapter Interface potentially reduces requests from Chapters to CACs for data.

  • Chapters can create custom reports that can be shared with member CACs.

  • Chapters can also share messages with member CACs who have agreed to share data as a news feature.

  • Chapter Interface also provides access to extended NCA Reports that provides the data for all the questions within the Bi-Annual Reports submitted by NCA Member CACs.

  • The Chapter Trak is secure and follows the same risk assessments and backups as Trak for CACs.

  • The Chapter Interface and support is a member benefit and is provided at no cost for Chapters.
