How to Cancel a Shipment

To cancel a shipment:

1. Go to your Shipments tab. Click on the 3 dots at the end of the shipment you'd like to cancel and select cancel shipment. Or, you can click on the shipment for details, and click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner and select "Cancel Shipment"

(NOTE: Once a shipment has been tendered, you can only cancel it once it has been assigned)

2. If this shipment was tendered/assigned to a carrier, a pop-up will appear asking if you want to send a personalized note to your carrier along with the cancellation email. This is optional. Click “Cancel Shipment”.

4. Your shipment will now say it’s been cancelled. Your carrier will receive an email notifying them the shipment has been cancelled.
