How to Duplicate an Existing Shipment

To duplicate a shipment:

  1. Navigate to your shipments page and click the “…” on the shipment you want to duplicate.

  2. Click “Create a Copy”. A copy of the shipment will be created and you can edit any information you would like to. The only information that is not copied are the pick up and delivery appointments, the pickup and delivery numbers, the additional notes, and the accessorials. This new shipment will be named "Copy of (original shipment name)"

You can also create a copy when you're in a shipment's details, by clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner, and selecting "Create Copy"
