Click on Settings (the gear icon) in your left hand navigation menu. You will arrive on a page for your Routing Guide Settings and your Auction Settings.

Click on the gear icon in your Routing Guide Settings.

Select if you would like to "Start Auction" or "Do Nothing" if carriers decline. Then click Save.
