And what does this mean?

Adding a load to your schedule means adding a load to your Fleet Management Software. You can add a load from any broker (not just Transfix) and take advantage of our Fleet Management features, such as keeping all your loads organized and viewable in different formats (list view and fleet view), easily sending load details to your drivers and receiving one click status updates from your drivers.

Any Transfix loads you book will be automatically added to your schedule, but loads from other brokers do need to be manually added. To do this, click on the "My Loads" tab in your navigation, or on the "Add a load to your schedule" shortcut.

On then "My Loads" page, click on "Add Load" in the top right corner

This will bring you to the form to enter your load information:

Once you fill out the information, your load will be viewable on "My Loads" where you can view a list of your loads, share load details with your drivers, receive and view status updates, as well as "Schedule" where you can see an overview of your drivers and what loads they are on at that time.
