Desktop

To add a new carrier to your account, click on Settings in the bottom left corner, head to Carrier Profiles, then click "Add Carriers" to start the prompt for the DOT number.

Once the DOT number is entered, then click on the carrier you are searching for in the drop-down. You will be able to add drivers under that carrier on the "Team" page.

Mobile

Adding a carrier to mobile app can be done from the Profile section. First click "My Carriers" to get started.

On the next page, a list of carriers attached to your account will appear in a drop-down, click "Add Carrier" and enter the DOT number of the carrier that you need to add to your profile.

Once you've added a carrier please reach out to compliance@transfix.io to get your carrier activated on Transfix.
