Loads to Accept:
This section shows any loads offered to you by Transfix, either directly from the operations team, through the waterfall tendering process, or a load where your bid was accepted. Click on any load to book it and sign the Rate Confirmation.
To-Dos:
The To-Dos section shows any Transfix load where something is missing, such as a document (POD or BOL) or a load where a driver needs to be added. The description of the missing piece will be under the TO DO column. Click on each load to perform the action.
Shortcuts:
Find a load to book: This shortcut brings you to the Transfix Load Board (you can also get there from the Book Loads page in your navigation).
Add a load to your schedule: This shortcut brings you to the section where you add your load details to add the load to your planner/schedule, so that you can take advantage of the Fleet Management features. Any Transfix loads will be automatically added, but use this button to add any non-transfix loads.
Check your Payment Status: This shortcut brings you to a link to check the payment status for any of your Transfix loads.
