How to Post your Truck Availability

Carriers can now post their trucks' availability, and be alerted to new loads that match their trucks' location and available dates.

Once posted, you can:

  • View a list of your available trucks and see any matching Transfix loads

  • Be emailed with matching loads as they are posted

  • Use a dynamic link to keep all of your customers/ brokers up to date on your availability

How to Post Your Available Trucks:

Navigate to the Find Loads tab and click on "Post My Trucks"

Click on the "+" button in the top right corner.

Enter your pickup and drop-off preferences. Hit "Next" then "Confirm & Post"

Once you have posted trucks, this "Truck Availability" page will display any available loads that match your preferences. You will also receive an email when a matching load becomes available.

How to Share Truck Availability

You can also share your truck availability with any broker/ customer. Click on the "Share" icon in the top right corner and a dynamic link is created. This link is "dynamic" because whenever you update your truck availability, this link will reflect that too. You can send this link to your customer once, and they can use it continuously to view any new information you add to your "Truck Availability"

How to Delete Truck Availability

Click on the trashcan to delete your available trucks and stop receiving alerts to new matching loads.
