How to Re-Auction Without Cancelling the Shipment

Make a shipment available to other carriers after you've started an auction

If a Carrier has already won the auction, go to the Shipments page, find your Shipment under the Assigned tab, click on the "..." to the right of your Shipment and select Remove Carrier.

This will move your Shipment to the Action Needed tab. To the right of your Shipment information, click on Request Coverage Again to start a new auction (you can also tender the Shipment via your Routing Guide or directly to a Carrier if you prefer).

If your Auction is still in progress, you can find your Shipment in the Assigning tab on the Shipments page. Click on your Shipment, select the Auction tab and then click on Close Auction.

This will also move your Shipment to the Action Needed tab, where you can Request Coverage Again.
