How to Activate Manual Tracking of Shipments

Automatically request a daily check-in from your carriers.

Click on Settings in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen..

Click on Tracking Settings. Under Tracking Notifications, select when/how often you'd like to be alerted regarding tracking updates.

Under Tracking Settings, select Always ask carriers for status and ETA updates through Transfix Shipper App. Your carrier will now automatically be prompted for an update each morning.

When you're creating a Shipment, you can also request manual updates from the carrier when you're filling in the Shipment Basics. Right after you enter your Shipment ID / PO / BOL information, there's a section for Carrier Requirements, where you can select Request tracking updates through Transfix Shipper App.
