Finding a Pick-Up Number

Where can I locate my Pick-Up number?

The pickup number is located in several places such as the Mobile App, Carrier App and the Ratecon.

  1. Mobile App

    1. Navigate to the “Main load details” page

    2. Click on the load

    3. The pickup number will be located beside the PO# and/or notes section

  1. Carrier App

    1. Navigate to the “My Loads” page

    2. Click on the load

    3. The pickup # will be located on the upper left hand corner

  1. Ratecon

    1. Locate the Ratecon

      1. Click on the Confirmation (in blue), you can download the PDF

    2. Navigate to the “Pickup 1” section on the ratecon (typically on pg.2)

    3. Appointment number will be located right under “Appointment Type” titled “Appointment #”

      1. If the number does not work or is blank, try using the PO# and/or BOL#
