The Bill of Lading on Less Than Truckload shipments will automatically be forwarded to the primary contact on file for the pickup facility once the shipment is tendered. This contact info can be viewed by clicking on the Facilities tab and searching for the facility.

To change the primary contact, click on the facility and scroll down to the contacts section. Enter a new contact and select Set as Default, or select Set as Default for an existing contact.
