The Booking Team

Contact for support when searching for a Transfix load or dedicated lanes. This team can answer any questions about booking, bidding and load/lane details ie: weights, prices, adjusting pickup times.

The Carrier Experience Team

Contact for support once you've been assigned to a load. This team supports tracking questions, changes to the load, cancellations, requesting detention and lumper fees.

The Carrier App Team/ Tech Support

Contact this team for any issues with your account or the software. This team provides tech support for Transfix's carrier portal.

The Compliance Team

Contact this team for any questions regarding your status as a Transfix carrier. This team reviews your initial application and intakes any new documents (ex: new insurance documents).
