Updating a Shipment's Arrival Status

Carriers will now be able to provide more detailed information regarding on-time pickup and delivery. As part of the automated emails they receive asking for tracking updates, they'll also be able to list the actual date and time of their arrival.

Shippers are also able to add and edit the OTP/OTD info via the Shipper App. Select a shipment and click Tracking in the upper right. Scroll down and select Update Pickup Arrival Status or Update Delivery Arrival Status:

Update the date and time, then click Submit.
