Tired of being blindsided by avoidable fees? We’ve introduced Pre-Calculation Alerts for Demurrage, Detention, and Storage. This feature allows you to set a proactive "buffer period," notifying you "x" days before costs begin to accrue so you can move your cargo and protect your bottom line.

Setting up your early warning system takes just a few steps:
Define the Buffer: Navigate to Configurable Alerts.
Select Scope: Set the "Apply to" field to Shipping Container.
Set Your Lead Time: Enter the specific number of days you wish to be notified before the cost calculation starts.
Go Live: To receive active notifications (like emails or system pop-ups), go to My Alerts and toggle the feature to On
Where to Track Your Alerts
Once activated, you can monitor your "at-risk" containers in two places:
Shipping Container Grid: Keep an eye on the Alerts column for a quick visual indicator of upcoming cost starts.
Container Details: Open the specific Shipping Container Dialog to see detailed timing and alert status within the container’s profile.
MO & TO Location Synchronization
We’ve improved the data consistency between Material Orders (MO) and Transport Orders (TO). This update introduces a two-way synchronization prompt and a high-visibility indicator to ensure that when a location is changed on a Transport Order stop, the linked Material Order stays in sync.

These features are enabled by default for all integrated orders. No manual activation in settings is required.
1. Reverse Propagation (TO → MO)
The Action: Edit a location on a Transport Order (TO) stop that has linked Material Orders.
The Activation: Upon saving the change, a confirmation dialog will automatically appear.
The Choice: Select "Yes" to automatically update the origin or destination of the linked MOs to match the new TO stop location.
2. Visual Sync Indicators
To quickly identify when locations have drifted apart, look for the new Link Icons next to location fields in both the Stop and MO forms:
Gray Link Icon: Locations are perfectly synchronized.
Red "Link-Off" Icon: Locations are out of sync. Hover over the icon to see a tooltip explaining the discrepancy.
Improved view how Pause & Rest Time has been calculated
To improve how the calculation has been executed, the user can follow up for details on different views.

Enhanced PO Confirmation Emails
Vehicle Data: If entered in the system, Truck and Trailer license plates now automatically populate in the PO confirmation email.
Streamlined Sending: PO numbers no longer require a link to a Shipping Unit within the Material Order to trigger an email. Setting for activation is enough
Contact Settings: The system now respects Contact Detail settings to determine the correct recipients for these confirmations.
2. Airport Milestone Alerts
Activation: Navigate to Alerts/Events and select Airport Stops.
Usage: Subscribe to specific triggers such as "Delayed" or "On Time" to receive automated updates for air freight legs.
3. Search & Localization
Rate Explorer: Use the updated Country-to-Country search filter for faster global rate comparisons.
4. Danish Language Support:
The system now supports DK language overwrites for email bodies, configurable in your localized templates.
5. Partner Portal Configuration
Load type can be added by Partner for Sales Orders and Material Orders to reduce separate steps by you as user
Document alerts will involve Partner Portal users, when a document has been e.g. overdue status it will be shown to the Partner Portal user. Here we will consider only Document types which have been configured to state as "Complete", "Missing" or "Overdue".
