1. New Features

1.1 Enhanced Contact Visibility: MO Additional Emails

You can now view all additional email contacts for both Collection and Delivery points directly within the Transport Order (TO) details. This information is synchronized from the Material Order (MO) form in TOPS.

User Benefit:

Eliminates the manual effort of cross-referencing TOPS for contact details, allowing you to view contact information from stakeholders more efficiently for collection and delivery.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to TO DetailsGeneral tab

  2. Locate the Route section and expand the Collection or Delivery location

  3. Expand the specific MO section

  4. View the new field: MO Additional Emails, located between "MO Contact" and "Service Level"

    1. New field MO Additional Emails, will only be visible if the additional emails are not empty in TOPS

1.2 Comprehensive Stakeholder Data: Shipper / Consignee / Notify

A new "Shipper / Consignee / Notify" section has been added to the Load Details tab. From this section, you can now view the shipper, consignee and notify information, including MO references and specific partners/suppliers data, mirroring the visibility previously only available in the TOPS TO form.

User Benefit:

Provides a centralized view of all key parties involved in the shipment, ensuring you have the full context required for complex logistical movements without leaving the Carrier Portal.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to TO DetailsLoad Details tab

  2. Scroll to the section preceding "Material & Handling Units"

  3. View the Shipper / Consignee / Notify table, which displays data aggregated by MO

    1. MO reference, Shipper, Consignee and Notify will only be visible if not empty in TOPS

2. Bug Fixes

2.1 Corrected Partner/Supplier Data Mapping

Resolved an issue where the "Partners / Suppliers" field displayed "Not provided" even when data existed in TOPS.

The system now correctly maps and displays partners/suppliers names.

User Benefit:

Ensures you can identify partners/suppliers by their recognizable names rather than just internal codes or empty fields.

Update Details

  • Implemented a prioritized display logic:

    • If both Name and Code exist → Show Name

    • If only one exists → Show the available value

    • If none exist → Show "Not Provided"

2.2 Improved Readability for Handling Guidelines

Fixed a UI limitation where long text instructions in the Handling Guidelines were truncated, preventing you from reading full instructions.

User Benefit:

Prevents critical instruction misses and ensures you follow all specific division requirements for the stop.

Update Details

  • Text blocks now support full visibility

  • For exceptionally long instructions, an ellipsis ("...") is used with a hover-over tooltip that reveals the complete text

2.3 Automated Container Table Population

Fixed a bug in the Ocean Booking section where the containers table failed to display data automatically, forcing you to click "Edit" on an active workview to see the information.

User Benefit:

Reduces clicks and saves time for operators managing ocean port-to-port shipments.

Update Details

  • The system now automatically loads and displays container table data by accessing the TO Details → Load Details tab without any extra clicks
