Enhanced Transport Order Updates Notifications
Description:
You can now receive automated alerts via TOPS Carrier Portal and Email for critical changes made to your Transport Orders (TO). This update introduces three specific notification triggers: adjustments to Shipping Units, changes in Shipping Unit Quantities, and updates to Costs & Charges. Each alert provides clear "from/to" details, ensuring you are immediately aware of the exact nature of the change.

Log into the Carrier Portal and navigate to Settings in the main menu.
Select the Notifications tab.
Locate the Transport Order updates section.
For each of the three new categories (Shipping units, Quantity shipping units, and Charge updated), you can independently toggle the In-app Notification and Email Notification switches to "On."
Once enabled, whenever a change occurs:
In-app: A numeric badge will appear on the Notifications icon in the portal header. Clicking it will display the specific change (e.g., "Shipping unit updated from X to Y").
Email: You will receive an automated email with the Transport Order code in the subject line containing the specific update details.
