What’s new
The existing Loaded / Rejected / Received column in the Goods Table has been replaced by a single column called Reception Status. The new column is also added to the Documents Overview landing page as a default column, so you can spot delivery issues without opening each document.
Reception Status uses three icons:
🟢 Green icon — Accepted. The goods line was fully received. Tooltip on hover: Accepted.
🟡 Yellow icon — Partially rejected. Some units of the goods line were rejected. Tooltip on hover: Partially rejected.
🔴 Red cross icon — Fully rejected. The full goods line was rejected. Tooltip on hover: Fully rejected.
Hovering over any icon displays a short tooltip explaining the status.
Where you’ll see it
1. Document Detail View — Goods Table
Open any eCMR after the recipient has signed off the handover. In the Goods Table, the Reception Status column shows the outcome for each goods line:
The number of units affected by the outcome
The icon corresponding to the outcome (green, yellow, or red)
For example, a goods line where 8 of 10 units were received and 2 were damaged will show 2 units with the yellow Partially rejected icon, alongside the rest of the line information.
2. Documents Overview — Landing page
Reception Status now appears as a default column on the Documents Overview landing page. Instead of showing line-by-line detail, this view shows a summary across all goods lines in the shipment:
Total units accepted (green icon)
Total units partially rejected (yellow icon)
Total units fully rejected (red icon)
This gives you a quick read on whether a shipment closed cleanly or needs follow-up — straight from the overview.
Multi-drop deliveries (dock-level reception)
If your account is configured for multi-drop reception, reception is captured per dock rather than per goods line. The behaviour is slightly different in that case.
In the Document Detail View
The Goods Table shows the Reception Status per dock. Each row displays the dock number alongside the appropriate icon, so you can see at a glance which dock received which goods cleanly and where issues occurred.
In the Documents Overview
The Reception Status column displays the dock number alongside the appropriate icon(s).
When the same dock appears multiple times in the Goods Table (because several goods lines were unloaded at the same dock with different outcomes), the Documents Overview shows a consolidated overall status for that dock, rather than each individual line. The consolidation rules are:
Situation at the dock | Icon shown in Documents Overview |
All goods lines accepted | 🟢 Green icon |
All goods lines fully rejected | 🔴 Red cross icon |
Any goods line partially rejected | 🟡 Yellow icon |
Mix of outcomes (e.g. some accepted, some partially rejected) | Both relevant icons shown side by side |
Example. Goods A is partially rejected at Dock 1 and Goods B is fully accepted at Dock 1. The Documents Overview will show Dock 1 with the yellow icon and the green icon side by side.
Multi-language support
The new Reception Status column header and tooltip texts (Accepted, Partially rejected, Fully rejected) are translated into all languages currently supported by Digital Transport Documents. The correct language is shown automatically based on each user’s interface settings — no configuration needed on your side.
Activation
Reception Status visibility is enabled when the following customer setting keys are active:
dtdRecipientGoodsCheck — enables the Reception Status column in the Document Detail View Goods Table and on the Documents Overview landing page. This is the prerequisite for seeing reception outcomes anywhere in the application.
dtdMultiDropsRecipientEnabled — additionally enables the dock-level display described in the Multi-drop section above.
