Feature: Transport Mode Column in the Transport Order Grid

Description:

You can now view a dedicated Transport Mode column directly in the Transport Orders grid, showing whether each transport is classified as ROAD, RAIL, AIR, or OCEAN.

The column reflects the most accurate transport mode value: if a Transport Mode Override is set in TOPS, that value is displayed; otherwise, the calculated transport mode is shown automatically.

The column is also available as a configurable option in Workview settings, so you can include or exclude it from your custom views.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Transport Orders page in Carrier Portal.

  2. The Transport Mode column is visible by default in the TO grid — no setup required.

  3. To sort the column, click the column header and select Sort ascending or Sort descending.

  4. To filter by a specific transport mode, click the column header and select Filter, then choose from the available values (ROAD, RAIL, AIR, OCEAN).

  5. To hide the column, click the column header and select Hide.

  6. To add or remove the column from a custom view, open Workview settings, select or deselect Transport Mode from the available column options, and save your workview.

Feature: Required Documents Visibility and Upload

Description:

You can now see the status of required documents for each Transport Order directly in the Transport Orders grid through a new Required Documents column.

Each order displays one of four statuses: Missing, Overdue, Completed, or Not Applicable.

A Missing Documents badge at the top of the Transport Orders page shows a real-time count of orders with missing or overdue documents, and a single click filters the grid to show only those orders.

When a document is missing or overdue, you can upload it directly from the grid under the Actions column or the Transport Order detail page under the Documents tab through a streamlined upload dialog.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Transport Orders page in Carrier Portal.

  2. Check the Required Documents column in the TO grid to see the document status for each order (Missing, Overdue, Completed, or Not Applicable).

  3. To quickly find orders with outstanding documents, click the Missing Documents badge at the top of the page — the grid will filter to show only orders with Missing or Overdue status.

    1. Click the badge again to reset the grid to its default view.

  4. To upload a required document from the grid, locate the order and click Add Required Documents in the Actions column (visible when status is Missing or Overdue).

  5. In the upload dialog, the document type can be pre filled automatically. Attach the required file, optionally add a description, and confirm the upload.

  6. Once uploaded successfully, a confirmation message appears and the Required Documents status updates to Completed.

  7. To include this column in a custom view, open Workview settings and add Required Documents as a column option.

Feature: New Milestones Manifested (MAN) and Received from Flight (RCF) for AIR Transport Orders

Description:

You can now track and update two new milestones within AIR Transport Orders: Manifested (MAN) and Received from Flight (RCF).

The MAN milestone is positioned between the Truck Deliver and Air Port of Origin events, while the RCF milestone sits between the Air Port of Destination and Truck Collect events.

Both milestones support Schedule From and Schedule To timestamps, and all updates go through the standard milestone validation process, including reason codes and remarks where required.

How to use:

  1. Open an AIR Transport Order in Carrier Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Milestones section within the Transport Orders detail page or expand the Milestones view in the Transport Orders grid.

  3. Locate the Manifested (MAN) milestone (between Truck Deliver and Air Port of Origin) or the Received from Flight (RCF) milestone (between Air Port of Destination and Truck Collect).

  4. Click on the milestone to open the update dialog.

  5. Save the update — the milestone data is persisted and reflected in the transport order details.

Feature: Add/Edit Milestone Time Schedules

Description:

You can now add or edit Schedule From and Schedule To timestamps for Transport Order Milestones directly from the Transport Orders grid (expanded Milestones view) or the Transport Orders detail page.

Clicking the schedule indicator on a milestone opens a dedicated modal where you can set or revise the projected timing for that event.

All Schedule updates are synchronized in real time with TOPS.

How to use:

  1. Go to the Transport Orders page and either expand the Milestones view in the Transport Orders grid or open the Transport Orders detail page.

  2. Locate the milestone you want to schedule or reschedule.

    1. Note: schedule editing is only available for milestones that do not yet have an Actual timestamp.

  3. Click the schedule indicator on the milestone to open the Add/Edit Schedule modal.

  4. Set or update the Schedule From and Schedule To timestamps using the timestamp pickers.

  5. If applicable, select a Reason: Schedule Revision from the dropdown and optionally enter a Remark in the free-text field.

  6. Click Save
