Improved Status Sync Between Sales and Transport Orders
What’s changing? We have updated the status logic to ensure that your Sales Orders (SO) accurately reflect the real-world progress of your Transport Orders (TO), specifically for roundtrip shipments.
Why it matters: Previously, a Sales Order could prematurely flip to a "Finished" status before the physical roundtrip on the Transport Order was actually completed. This update ensures complete visibility into the entire journey.
New Behavior: A Sales Order will now remain in "In Transit" status as long as its corresponding Transport Order is active. The Sales Order will only mark itself as "Finished" once all related milestones—including the roundtrip return—are fully completed.
⚠️ Important Note: When this update goes live, some of your currently finished Sales Orders, may automatically adjust their statuses to align with this new logic. This may trigger standard automated status events or notifications.
Improvement: Rate Zone Master Data Upload — Transit Time now supports friendly duration format
When uploading rate zones via the Excel (Master Data Upload) template, you can now enter transit time values by choosing the unit Days or Minutes and enter the value for all Lane Types.
Improvement creating new Material Order/ Transport Order Form settings
Managing your Material Order/Transport Order form configuration just got a whole lot faster! We’ve introduced new bulk-action buttons that let you set permissions for all fields simultaneously, saving you tedious clicks.
What’s changed:
Bulk Field Setup: You can now instantly set all fields to "All Optional", "All Required", or "All Hidden" with a single click.
Smart Defaults: Left a field blank? No worries. If you don't explicitly choose a value, the system will automatically default it to "Optional" upon saving—maintaining the seamless behavior you're used to.
Partner Portal - Extended editing period for activated orders
We've improved order editing in the Partner Portal to provide greater flexibility when collection dates change.
Previously, orders could no longer be edited once they reached the Activated status. With this update, orders that have a Scheduled Collection Date can now be edited until a configurable cutoff time before collection, even after they have been activated.
What's changed?
What's changed?
Orders with a Scheduled Collection Date remain editable until the configured edit deadline before the scheduled collection.
When enabled the Activated status no longer prevents editing if the edit deadline has not yet been reached.
Orders without a Scheduled Collection Date continue to follow the existing behavior and become non-editable once activated.
The edit cutoff is configurable by your organization, allowing administrators to define how many hours before collection editing is no longer permitted.
Benefits
Gives suppliers more time to update quantities and order details as plans evolve.
Reduces the need to recreate orders due to late changes.
Maintains operational stability by preventing edits close to the scheduled collection time.
