Feature: Create and Edit Ocean Booking
Description:
You can now create and edit ocean booking details directly within the Carrier Portal for Transport Orders assigned with an OCEAN transport mode.
The Update Ocean Booking modal brings together all the vessel and logistics data in one place, including Port of Loading, Port of Discharge, scheduled vessel departure and arrival, booking references, shipping line, forwarder, cut-off dates, and more.
Booking type options are automatically filtered based on the Incoterm code already set on the Transport Order, ensuring only valid combinations are selectable.
All data saved is synchronized in real time with Control Tower.
How to use:
How to use:
Navigate to the Transport Orders (TO) page in the Carrier Portal.
Locate an ocean Transport Order (Transport Mode = OCEAN).
To create an ocean booking from the grid, click the Actions column for the relevant TO and select Create Ocean Booking.
Alternatively, open the TO Details page — if no ocean booking exists yet, a warning banner reading "Add an ocean booking to your transport order." will be visible. Click the Create Ocean Booking button on the right side of the banner.
In the Create Ocean Booking modal, fill in the relevant fields organized by steps:
Ocean booking: Incoterm, Booking Type, Port of loading, Vessel departure schedule, Port of discharge, Vessel arrival schedule.
References: Booking Reference, Voyage, Vessel, IMO Vessel Number, Master Bill of Lading, Forwarder, Shipping Line, Port Call Number, Instructions.
Cut-off Dates: Document cut-off, Container yard cut-off, Verified gross mass cut-off, Dangerous goods cut-off.
Click Save to submit. Booking data is shared within the Trasport Order of all related parties who can see the order.
To edit an existing ocean booking, follow the same entry points (Actions column or TO Details page) — the modal will open with all previously saved values pre-filled.
Feature: Container Management for Ocean Bookings
Description:
You can now add, edit, and remove containers directly within an Ocean Transport Order in the Carrier Portal.
Once an ocean booking has been created for a Transport Order, an Add Container button becomes available, allowing you to add container details across three sections: References (Container Type, Container Number, Serial Number, VGM, PIN, TIN), Port of Loading (Quay, Full Container Gate In, Container Loaded POL), and Port of Discharge (Quay, Container Discharge POD, Full Container Gate Out).
Each container listed in the table has dedicated Edit and Remove actions.
Container changes are isolated to the specific Transport Order and do not affect any linked orders such as Main-Haul or Pre-Carriage.
Containers added by shippers in Control Tower are also visible in real time without any manual refresh.
How to use:

Feature: Save Column Filters Within Workviews
Description:
You can now save specific column filter values as part of your Workview configuration, so that every time you load a workview the Transport Order grid is already pre-filtered with your preferred criteria — no need to reapply filters manually on every session.
A search bar is also available within the Workview editor to quickly find the fields you want to include or filter.
This enhancement is available for all columns.
How to use:
How to use:
Navigate to the Transport Orders (TO) page and open the Workview settings to create a new workview or edit an existing one.
Use the search bar within the Workview editor to quickly find the column you want to configure.
Enable the columns you want to include in your workview by toggling them on.
Click the filter icon for a column to open the filter value selector. Choose the values you want to pre-apply (the available values match those in the standard TO grid filters).
Repeat for any other supported columns you want to pre-filter.
Save the workview. From now on, whenever this workview is active, the selected filter values are automatically applied to the TO grid upon load.
Note: if you disable a column in the workview, any saved filter values for that column are cleared automatically.
Feature: Missing Ocean Booking and Missing Air Booking Banners
Description:
You can now instantly filter Transport Orders that are missing required ocean or air booking information through two new alert badges displayed at the top of the Transport Orders page: Missing Ocean Booking and Missing Air Booking.
Each badge shows a live count of orders that fall into one of the following conditions:
A Transport Order is considered Missing Ocean Booking when:
It has no ocean booking information at all, or
It has ocean booking information but the Master Bill of Lading field is empty.
A Transport Order is considered Missing Air Booking when:
It has no air booking information at all, or
It has air booking information but the Master Air Waybill (MAWB) field is empty.
Clicking a badge instantly filters the Transport Orders grid to show only the affected orders, making it easy for you to act on information gaps without manually searching through the list.
How to use:
How to use:
Navigate to the Transport Orders (TO) page in the Carrier Portal.
Look for the Missing Ocean Booking and/or Missing Air Booking badges in the top-right area of the page, alongside the other existing badges. Each badge displays the current count of TOs that meet the missing booking conditions described above.
Click the Missing Ocean Booking badge to filter the TO grid and display only the OCEAN Transport Orders that either have no ocean booking or are missing the Master Bill of Lading.
Click the Missing Air Booking badge to filter the TO grid and display only the AIR Transport Orders that either have no air booking or are missing the Master Air Waybill (MAWB).
If your active workview is enabled, the filtered results will respect your workview's column configuration.
To reset the grid and return to the default view, click the active badge a second time.
If the badge count is 0, clicking it will display the standard empty-state view — no orders are currently missing booking information.
