Feature: New Sales Organization column

Description:

You can now see the Sales Organization associated with each order directly in the Transport Orders Grid, positioned between the "Material order codes" and "Material order references" columns by default.

The column can be sorted, filtered, and hidden just like any other grid columns, and it's also available as a toggleable field in Workview configurations.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Transport Orders page in the Carrier Portal.

  2. Locate the Sales Organization column in the Transport Orders grid, positioned between "Material order codes" and "Material order references."

  3. Click the column header to access the available options: Sort ascending, Sort descending, Filter, or Hide.

  4. To sort, select Sort ascending or Sort descending to reorder the grid rows by Sales Organization value.

  5. To filter, select Filter and choose the Sales Organization values you want to see.

  6. To remove the column from your current view, select Hide.

  7. To add or remove this column from a custom view, open Workview settings, search for Sales Organization, and toggle it on or off.

Feature: New Division column

Description:

You can now see Division information across both the Transport Orders and Spot Tenders pages, giving you full context without needing to cross-reference other sources.

Division is now visible in the Transport Orders Grid, Transport Order Details, Spot Tenders Grid, and Spot Tender Details, and it's also available as a toggleable column in both the Transport Orders and Spot Tenders Workview configurations.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Transport Orders page — the Division column is visible in the grid, and the Division field is displayed in the Transport Order Details view.

  2. Navigate to the Spot Tenders page — the Division column is visible in the grid, and the Division field is displayed in the Spot Tender Details view.

  3. To add or remove the Division column from a custom view, open Workview settings for either Transport Orders or Spot Tenders, search for Division, and toggle it on or off.

  4. Save your Workview to persist the change.

Feature: Add Container from the Actions Column

Description:

You can now add a container to a Transport Order directly from the Actions column in the Transport Orders Grid, without navigating through multiple screens.

This shortcut opens the existing Add Container dialog and lets you add one container at a time.

It becomes available only after an Ocean Booking has been successfully created for that Transport Order.

Editing and removing containers is unchanged and still done from Transport Order Details.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Transport Orders page in the Carrier Portal.

  2. Locate a Transport Order that already has an Ocean Booking created — the "Add Container" option is only available once this condition is met.

  3. Click the Actions column for that Transport Order and select Add Container.

  4. Fill in the container details in the dialog that opens and save to add the container.

  5. Note: this shortcut supports adding one container at a time. To edit or remove containers, go to Transport Order Details > Load Details > Containers as before.

Feature: Removal of Inbound/Outbound fields

Description:

The Inbound/Outbound directional indicators have been removed across the Transport Order and Spot Tender views to simplify the interface and eliminate information that is no longer relevant to the current business process.

This includes columns, labels, filters, detail fields, and Workview references across both modules.

How to use:

  1. No action is required.

    1. The Inbound/Outbound columns, labels, filters, and detail fields will no longer appear in the Transport Order Grid, Transport Order Details, Transport Order Workview, Spot Tender Grid, Spot Tender Details, or Spot Tender Workview.

    2. Existing Workview configurations that referenced Inbound/Outbound will automatically reflect this cleanup.

Feature: Vessel Departure and Vessel Arrival Schedule columns

Description:

You can now see Vessel Departure and Vessel Arrival schedule information directly in the Transport Orders Grid, giving you full visibility into vessel timing without needing to look it up in external sources.

Both new columns support full sorting, filtering, and are configurable via Workviews.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Transport Orders page in the Carrier Portal.

  2. Locate the new Vessel Departure and Vessel Arrival columns in the TO grid.

  3. Click either column header to open the options menu: Sort ascending, Sort descending, Filter, or Hide.

  4. To sort, select Sort ascending or Sort descending to reorder the grid by that column's date values.

  5. To filter, select Filter and choose Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, or Between (select two dates to define a custom range).

  6. To remove the column from your current view, select Hide.

  7. To add or remove either column from a custom view, open Workview settings, search for Vessel Departure or Vessel Arrival, and toggle it on or off.

Feature: Redesigned Contacts, Instructions, and Handling Guidelines details

Description:

You can now view Contacts, Instructions, and Handling Guidelines for each Stop and Material Order in a clearer, more structured table layout within the Transport Order and Spot Tenders details.

This new layout improves readability and makes it easier for carriers to quickly locate and act on the information relevant to each stop, including copying phone numbers and email addresses or downloadable handling guideline documents where available.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to a Transport Order and open the Stops section within the Transport Order or Spot Tenders details page.

  2. For each stop, review the new table that lists all associated Type rows (Stop and Material Order) with their Reference, Contact Name, Phone, E-mail, Instructions, and Handling Guidelines.

  3. Use the copy icons next to Phone and E-mail fields to quickly copy the contact details.

  4. If a Handling Guidelines document is attached to a Material Order row, click the download icon to save the document.

  5. Expand or collapse a stop to view or hide its associated contact and instruction details as needed.
