What Is the Transport Order Detail Page?
The Transport Order Detail page is where you go to view and manage everything about a single Transport Order — from route stops and booking details to load information, documents, costs, and more.
Think of it as the full picture of one Transport Order: all the data, all the actions, all in one place, organized into clearly separated tabs so you always know where to find what you need.
How to Open a Transport Order Detail Page?
There are two ways to open the detail page for any Transport Order:
By clicking the Transport Order row:
Through the Actions column:
Tip: Clicking a shipping container reference inside the grid opens the detail page directly on the Load details tab, saving you the extra click.
What You See When the Detail Page Opens?
At the top of the page you always see a summary header showing:
Transport Order number:
The unique identifier for this order
Creation date:
A timestamp of when the transport order was created
Transport Order status:
On the right side of the page there is a persistent side panel with:
Comments:

The page may also show warning banners at the top when action is required — for example, when required documents are missing, or a status update is pending.

Best Practices
Start with the General tab:
The General tab gives you the full operational picture of the order — always check it first before acting on any other tab.
Watch the warning banners:
Banners at the top of the page highlight what needs attention — a missing document, an unconfirmed slot, or a required status action. Address these before closing the page.
Use the side panel:
The Comments and Activity log panel is always visible regardless of which tab you are on.
Use comments to communicate with your team without leaving the detail page.
Use the Load Details workview:
The material handling table in Load Details can have many columns.
Configure a workview with only the columns you need to keep it readable.
Open directly to the right tab:
When you click a shipping container reference in the grid, the detail page opens directly on Load Details.
Use this shortcut to jump straight to the content you need.
Check all tabs for ocean and air orders:
If the Transport Order involves an ocean or air booking, the corresponding booking tab contains cut-off dates and booking references that are critical to your operation — do not overlook them.
