Configurable alerts can be used to make sure the system notifies you at the exact time you wish to be notified. Configured alerts need to be activated by individual users in their Configure my alerts section
There are 5 alerts configurable where you can set a 1st time it should be triggered and a 2nd time
The incident checkbox creates an incident if the 2nd time is triggered (only the 2nd, not the 1st)
Collection and delivery actual: Based on the "scheduled to" time
Order started without GPS: Based on the Transport order setting ( tracking window ) and/or the carrier masterdata GPS expected setting. It will only work during the time the GPS is actually expected to be received
Carrier/Driver no action: Courier no action is based on same rules as current process while the carrier no action is based on pending confirmation status
If Incidents are created based on these settings, then they will also be automatically closed once the issue is resolved
Example: If the incident is created because the courier did not accept the order in time, it will be automatically closed once the courier accepts the order
Order Started without GPS
There are 2 places where you can specify the GPS expectations:
Carrier Masterdata:
GPS expected and GPS frequency: If the GPS expected is "Never", then the alerts will not work as no GPS is expected for the order. If GPS is expected then the counter will start after the first actual or at the beginning of the GPS tracking window specified in the Transport order settings. If the GPS frequency is 5 minutes then the alert setting will start counting 5 minutes after the last GPS point was received
Transport order settings:
GPS tracking window: The start of the tracking window defines when the system will start tracking the vehicle before the first scheduled arrival.
